Refunds, Exchanges and Returns
Refunds
Refunds will only be provided on any goods deemed to be faulty. I ask that you make me aware within 24 hours of receiving the goods, and then returned with a note explaining the fault within 7 days of notification (we recommend using a recorded delivery service).
Once I have received the goods they will be assessed and once confirmed as faulty, we will arrange a refund within 24 hours, including the cost of returning the goods.
Exchanges
We design and create all our own garments, and a lot of effort and time goes into how we present our products from detailed high image photography, product descriptions and sizing guides.
But, even then we understand that sometimes (and it is very rare) that sometimes, something just doesn’t fit right, or it wasn’t as you’d hoped!
Obviously, we hope this doesn’t happen, but if it does, don’t stress!
We will happily sort you out and exchange it – All I ask is please take care when trying on, and please keep all the tags on, and return them using a trusted recorded delivery service.
Refunds will only be given on faulty goods, other than that an exchange or store credit will be issued
All exchanges must not have been worn and the suppliers decision is final
